Proceeds Mixed Through Affiliate Marketing and Google Adsense

Do you happen to be a webmaster that needs money for your website? Well if you are a web publisher you're going to need cash, affiliate marketing may work for you. With affiliate marketing, you may get a lot of cash driving into your bank. Furthermore if your website is rich in great contents, why not get into the Google Adsense program? Why Affiliate Marketing? Because affiliate marketing is most likely the best way to earn profits online. Even online retailers can gain from affiliate marketing programs, affiliate marketing actually works for merchants as well as it works for the affiliates. Simply said, is a liaison or agreement made between two websites, with one site being the merchant's website and the other being the affiliate's site. The affiliate agrees to let the merchant promote his products on the affiliate's site, and the merchant, agree to pay the affiliate in whatever scheme they have agreed into. This would normally mean easy profits for the affiliate, as he would do nothing but place the retailer's ad on his site. This would also be very favourable for the merchant, as getting affiliates to advertise their goods would be a lot more affordable than hiring an advertising firm to promote their products. There are a range of methods on how the merchant would compensate the affiliate for his services, and for the webmaster, these methods simply translates to the method by which he would earn easy money. Among the more common methods of compensation are the pay-per-click method, the pay-per-lead method, and the pay-per-sale method. The pay-per-click method is the method most favoured by affiliates, for their site's visitor would only have to visit the advertiser's site for them to gain money. The other two methods are better preferred by merchants, as they would only have to compensate you if your visitor becomes one of their registrants or if the visitor would actually buy their products. Getting takings on affiliate marketing programs does not depend so much on the payment method it does on the traffic generated by your site. A website that can catch the attention of more visitors would usually have the greater chance of profiting in affiliate marketing programs. Google Adsense.
Google Adsense is in fact some sort of an affiliate marketing program. In Google Adsense, Google act as the agent between the affiliates and the merchants. The merchant, or the advertiser, would sign up with Google and provide the latter with text ads pertaining to their products. These ads, which are in fact a link to the advertiser's website, would then appear on Google searches as well as on the websites owned by the affiliates, or by webmasters who have signed up with the Google Adsense program. While one can find a lot of similarities between Google Adsense and other affiliate marketing programs, you can also see a lot of differences. In Google Adsense, all the webmaster has to do is place a code on his website and Google takes care of the rest. The ads that Google would place on your site would generally be related to the content of your site. This would be helpful both for you and for the advertiser, as the visitors of your site would more or less be interested with the products being advertised. The Google Adsense program compensates the affiliate in a pay-per-click basis. The advertisers would pay Google a certain amount each time their ad on your site is clicked and Google would then forward this sum to you through checks, although only after Google have deducted their share of the amount. Also, the Google Adsense program provides webmasters with a tracking tool that allows you to monitor the earnings you get from a certain ad. Where do all of these lead us to? To profits! Affiliate marketing programs and the Google Adsense program plainly work, whether you are the merchant or the affiliate. For the merchant's side, a lot of money can be saved if advertising effort is concentrated on affiliate marketing rather than on dealing with advertising firms. For the webmaster, you can easily gain a lot of profits just by doing what you do best, by creating websites. And if you combine all your profits from both the Google Adsense program and other affiliate marketing programs, it would certainly convert to a large amount of cash

Affiliate Marketers Will Never Make a Dime Using Google Adwords

Most people start off their affiliate marketing business by getting traffic from google adwords. I know, because that’s how I started. If your anything like me, you purchased Google Cash or another pay per click ebook and you set up your first campaign. Latter on after many campaigns you found out that it was a lot harder than you originally thought. Here’s why! Pay per click advertising works well for businesses that can count on repeat business. As an affiliate you usually don’t have that luxury. Your relying on one purchase per customer and then you’ll probably never see that customer again. A good E-business on the other hand knows that with every person that becomes a customer they can rely on x number of purchases from that customer. This also allows them to bid significantly higher than affiliates because they can make their profits from the back-end.. A business that can rely on a minimum of four purchases per customer for example, can burn up their profits on the first and second purchases and still make profits on the third and fourth purchase. The last reason affiliates have a hard time is because conversion rates for a typical pay per click campaign average less than 1%. Its hard to make a profit with that kind of conversion rate. I’m not saying its impossible, but affiliate marketers utilizing pay per click advertising for their traffic are definitely fighting an uphill battle

Promote Affiliate Programs Through Your Own Google Adwords Campaign

Did you know that Forbes magazine has reported that pay per click ad sales are expected to increase to at least an astounding $8 billion by the year 2008? Pay per click though still unfamiliar to many, will be around for a very long time. One of the search engine giants to capture a lion's share of this market is Google through its Google Adwords service. A few ebooks like Google Cash and The Definitive Guide To Google AdWords provide basic and advance knowledge on releasing the incredible power of pay per click campaigns especially as this applies to businesses and affiliates around the world. Big businesses are still the largest group to benefit from incorporating pay per click in their advertising budgets but, home-based businesses and affiliate program promoters can benefit too if they understand how to use this tool. Pay per click search engines provide a way for you to basically buy your way to the top of search results for any keyword you wish. Pay per click advertising works thru a bidding process, and your ads appear in the results pages of search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Ask Jeeves. With Google Adwords you bid on the keywords you want to focus your ad on. For example if someone were searching on "gourmet coffee", if you're the highest bidder for "gourmet coffee" you receive top placement for that phrase and depending on the search engine, the top 3-5 bidders for that phrase also receive placement on the first page of unpaid search results. With Google Adwords the "ad campaign" is everything. When you sign up with Google Adwords you have unlimited campaigns at your disposal. I enjoy promoting affiliate programs and in the past I spent a lot of time deciding which keywords I would bid on to attract buyers to my affiliate programs. The only tool I use right now is Ad Word Analyzer which saves tremendously on time and gives me an overview of my keyword and/or keyword phrase as it was searched on the top two pay per click search engines Google and Overture ( now called Yahoo Search Marketing ). Now that you've done your research and you've collected your keywords and/or keyword phrases, you'll need to open an Adwords account. 1. To do this go to https://adwords.google.com/. There is a one time sign up fee of $5 and your username and password are emailed to you. 2. Now you can log into the system and select "create a new campaign". Give your campaign a name that will also allow you to create multiple campaigns. 3. Before creating your first ad, I recommend that you print out Google's set of guidelines, ebooks such as Google Cash cover this area as well. Since most of you are probably promoting affiliate programs, it's important that you notify Google of this by simply adding "aff" at the end of your ad text. A few tips to keep in mind: a. To keep your ad targeted, make sure your keyword or keyword phrase is in the headline. b. Put your keyword or keyword phrase in the text of your ad. c. In promoting your affiliate program, make sure you're linked directly to the owner's website thru your affiliate link so that you'll get the credit and the cash! Now you can submit your ad and start tracking your campaign over the next few days. If you're not happy with your ad's performance you can make changes such as targeting other keywords or increasing your bid a little at a time. Adwords is flexible in allowing you to make changes within Google guidelines of course, to make your ad campaigns successful. Pay per click is here to stay and it offers a high level of assurance that your ad is reaching your targeted audience. With the proper management and a clear vision, pay per click specifically Google Adwords, can provide you with well targeted and economical advertising on the internet. As mentioned earlier pay per click ad sales are expected to increase to at least $8 billion by 2008, with Google Adwords, the right resources and a little effort on your part, you can also benefit from this increase and find yourself with a significant supplemental income each month or a fulltime "leave my 9-5 job" income. The sky is truly the limit with pay per click

Google Affiliate Network - Will it Change the Way You Advertise?

If you read my previous article on Google building a silent affiliate network, you would be in for a surprise. It seems to be that my prediction of Google moving into affiliate networks was correct. Let me explain.
Google had bought over DoubleClick a while back. DoubleClick had an affiliate network called "Connect Commerce". Google today announced to its AdWords advertisers that they will be phasing out PPA by end of August and instead advertisers can now look to advertise on the Google Affiliate Network.
If you are new to affiliate marketing here is a quick synopsis: 1) Tim sells a product called BodySoft. Its an everyday cold cream. 2) Tim using various marketing methods such as PPC, SEO etc., but wants to sell more. 3) He is ready to pay upto 20 % of the sale value to anybody who can sell it for him. 4) Jill on the other hand, does not own a product, but she is good at marketing. She is looking to sell other people's products. 5) Jill can now sign up as an "affiliate" (classically, a "commission agent") for BodySoft with Tim and then sell his product. 6) Every time Jill sells a BodySoft bottle, Tim pays her 20%. 7) Both Tim and Jill win.
This means that any AdWords advertiser now has the opportunity to tap into the huge power of affiliate marketing without the hassles normally associated with it, such as recruiting dozens of affiliates, tracking every sale and action, accounting them appropriately and finally paying them. is entire (and rather cumbersome and sometimes painful) process of affiliate marketing has been taken away by Google with its new offering.
I have had reasonable success with PPA campaigns and its set to get much better. I will be keeping a close watch on it for you to let you know how the Google Affiliate Network is shaping up.

How A Google Affiliate Can Use Curiosity To Get More Clicks And More Dollars

Most Google affiliates do not know that curiosity is one of the strongest of human incentives. It has been used to sell countless products and services for centuries. This is the reason why you should ask yourself he question, is there enough curiosity at my Google affiliate site?Curiosity will get you sales and it will certainly get you plenty of clicks on your Google affiliate sites. But how do you generate curiosity without making visitors to your site feel cheated? Or feel that you have not provided enough information? Actually there is nothing that can kill the popularity of a site faster than most visitors to a site getting either of these two sentiments towards a site.Use Headlines To Generate Curiosity At Your Google Affiliate SitesDo your Google affiliate headlines create enough curiosity? Or do they simply tell the whole story so that nobody bothers to click on them to read more? Headlines are critical to the amount of clicks that a person is able to achieve at their Google affiliate site. Firstly enough curiosity in a headline will get visitors in droves flocking at your site. Once they are there, chances of them clicking on any of your ads will heavily depend on how long they stick around. And how long they stick around will lean heavily on how much content they get to read while they are there.Whether your Google affiliate site is a blog or website, it will have several headlines to your articles displayed on your home page. Most people are terribly busy and hurried when they are online. The truth is that there is too much to see and too little time available to see it. What this means is that visitors to your site will be extremely selective on what they end up clicking on.The more curiosity you create in your headlines, the longer they will stay, and the more questions that will be created on their minds. The result of this will be many more clicks at your Google affiliate site.Answer Questions Adequately but Ask Others To Generate Curiosity At Your Google Affiliate SitesGive valuable useful information in your Google affiliate site content but make sure that in doing so, you create other questions and thus more curiosity in your readers and hunger for more information. Have you ever noticed that when you find some really valuable information on a subject, it encourages you to look for even more information? This puts visitors to a site in just the right mood to click on one or two interesting Adsense ads that they see.Use Links To Other Sites To Generate Curiosity At Your Google Affiliate SitesI have found that my Google affiliate sites, which have plenty of links leading to other sites, tend to achieve many more clicks, than those that are packed with only content and few or no links to other sites. It all comes down to the curiosity levels created by giving your content in the form of brief text and links rather than detailed content with no links.Use text Links Within The Content To Generate Curiosity At Your Google Affiliate SitesText links buried deep inside interesting content work like a dream. The main reason is probably the fact that they do look like ads. But one of the reasons has to be the curiosity most of these text links tend to create in a reader. You can use these effective text links to get more traffic to your Google affiliate sites. More traffic to your content-packed but curiosity-filled Google affiliate sites will mean many more clicks at your Adsense ads displayed and much more cash generated for you.Christopher Kyalo is a successful online writer and entrepreneur. Google AdWords Affiliate Marketing - Increasing Your Affiliate Income With PPC

Google AdWords is a great method if you are interested in increasing your affiliate income. However it is not a marketing method too you need to jump to without any knowledge, because you can lose a lot of bucks right now way! I myself think that affiliate marketingis the easiest and best way to make currency on the internet, and PPC can really service you increase your earnings. Here are three hints on how to use Google AdWords affiliate marketing to increase your earnings.1. First off you need to experience your budget set so the current you do not waste money. Find out what you can afford to spend each day, and set that as your budget over Google AdWords. This is where multiple affiliatesgo wrong, they do not set a budget!2. You need to be very careful among your keyword selection. I imagine the better system it to use only specific keyword phrases for every campaign. This causes such a you should put every phrase you need to target in quotes before adding it to your keyword list. In addition this, make definite to exclude any keywords who store the word "free" because you want to just pay for clicks from customers who are willing to spend money.3. Make your ads laser targeted to every product. This drives because while you may get a lower amount of total clicks, your expenses may be less and conversions higher, that leads to more total profit. One thing I like to do is include the price of my product in the ad itself. This will reduce the chance that "freebie seekers" will click your ad.Google AdWords affiliate marketing can be a basically good way to boost your affiliate commissions, but just build sure that you know what you are doing.

Google Affiliate Secrets To Help You Earn Thousands Of Dollars Monthly

There is no doubt that Google affiliates rank as some of the most successful affiliates anywhere on the web.Yet few understand the reason behind this success. Even the majority of Google affiliates who are yet to start making huge five figure checks do not quite understand why the Google Adsense program has flourished so much within such a short time.Anybody who understands the real secrets behind the phenomenal rise of Google affiliates will be in a much better position to benefit and profit from it, whether or not they are current Adsense affiliates.1. Google Affiliates Are Riding On The Most Dramatic Shift In The Advertising Industry In HistoryA few webmasters think that this Adsense and pay per click affiliate mania is a passing fad. All indications are that this is not the case. If anything mounting evidence points to one of the most dramatic and rapid shifts in advertising industry history. You can?t beat the deal to advertisers where they pay only for actual traffic to their website and more so when they can easily calculate their conversion rate on that traffic and predict their profit margin on the deal. This arrangement cannot be duplicated on TV or in any other offline media with so much precision and accuracy. This means that advertising revenue will continue to shift away from other media and will move online at an even more rapid rate than is the case currently. And not just any online mediums like banner ads for example. The revenue will specifically shift to pay per click text ads. If you need some proof just look at the Google numbers in recent months, and most of it is being generated by PPC ad revenue. What does that mean to a blogger or webmaster? It means huge and increasing profits as the number of advertisers grows and the competition between them for clicks grows fiercer. It means that any expert in any tiny little niche will find it increasingly easier to make a good regular income from a low traffic targeted site with higher paying, more valuable Adsense keywords.2. Google Affiliates Recognize That Content Is Not King, It?s EverythingWriters, or rather good writers are already enjoying a huge advantage as Google affiliates. Only well written content will attract quality traffic and only interesting engrossing content will keep that traffic coming back again and again. Only high-quality keyword rich content will keep a site high in search engine rankings and thus guarantee enough traffic to keep Google affiliate adsense earnings high.3. Top Google Affiliates Are All Using The Blog SecretBlogs were created for linking and everybody knows that links are closely related to traffic in two ways, firstly they generate traffic but more importantly, they help a site achieve high search engine rankings with usually opens the floodgates of traffic. Top Google affiliates are using this secret to keep those big fat Google affiliate Adsense checks arriving by special courier every month. Most top Google affiliates have dozens of blogs loaded with the right keywords and engaging content. With just a little SEO (search engine optimization) skills, these new breed of high flying online professionals are able to get their sites to the top of search engine rankings. It is then minimal maintenance as they sit back and watch the traffic volumes flow to their blogs already loaded with Adsense ads. The result of all this is that the clicks happening at their sites shoots up and with it their Google affiliate Adsense earnings.4. Google Affiliates Are Using The Secret of The HookIn advertising it is called the hook. Journalists call it the angle or slant of the story. Both mean the same thing. It is all about picking up a subject and asking yourself, what aspect of it most interests your audience? If you answer that question accurately then your ad or your article will attract maximum interest.Online this is becoming more critical by the day. Content that is not slanted to fit the interests and needs of you audience will not attract enough interest and this impacts on the traffic of your blog or site and ultimately on your Google affiliate adsense earnings.
